It comes down to the how much is an hour of time worth for each employee and how much time they will save through the training. I think that if you have better systems in place, a lot of that time management will take care of itself, because it will eliminate redundant tasks and having to do things over again and idle time because people are waiting on things

Many organizations view time management training as something they’ll spend their money on, only if they have to. Usually when pruning the company or department budget, training is often the first area that gets the chop. And yet can you really afford not to?

Training is not a cost it’s an investment
